Pudding Cake

  • 1 pkg. white cake mix
  • 1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
  • 1 cup (1/2 pt.) sour cream
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 4 eggs


Combine all ingredients in a large mixer bowl. Blend at low speed with electric mixer just to moisten, scraping sides of bowl often. Then beat 4 minutes at meduum speed. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 t0 60 minutes. I bake mine for about 40 minutes. My oven is cranky. Bake in a greased and floured tube pan.

Hehe, yes it is!
You can change your pudding and or cake preference too. Like, lemon cake mix with lemon pudding, chocolate, etc. It's just down right fun and delicious!
